I switched to your pharmacy over a year ago. This has been the best thing in the world for me and my 2 small children. After we visit the pediatrian and need a med you are very quick to fill it so we can get on our way. That is especially helpful with a sick child.
All of the staff knows us at the pharamcy and they also take care of us by answering questions and I love the cheerful customer service. I love the discounts and nice selection of giftware you carry at an affordable price! Thanks!
I love coming into our small town Sterling Drug in Buffalo MN. The people are all very friendly and it's a fun place to shop. We also get our perscriptions filled there and the pharmacist has always been available to answer my questions in an understanding and respectful manner.
Sometimes my husband and I stroll through the store during our lunch hour just to see what new things may be there. I can always find a gift for my hard to shop for in-laws that seem to have everything. Just this Father's Day I was picking up a perscription and hoping to stop somewhere else to pick up a Father's Day gift for my father in-law when I found the perfect gift right there in one spot! I have always received great customer service... the staff has always been very eager to check on anything or do whatever to give the customer what they need - and always with a great attitude. I also really really love the fact that you gift wrap. It always looks so much nicer when you do it. And since it's not something I enjoy doing - that makes it extra special!
The coupons are always a great incentive for me to drive over also. It's very convenient for me to get them via email because I live in a different town and don't get your city advertisements.
I have really enjoyed shopping at Sterling the last 5 yrs. The play area for kids, the coffee bar for moms & gifts for all occasions make it a one stop shopping experience.
I appreciate the fact that the kids can play "loudly" without being asked to leave or calm them down. The restrooms are clean. Prices are reasonable with or without continually discounted items.
