Opened Clancy’s Gas in Hastings.
Designed, built and opened new concept store in Owatonna featuring Pharmacy, gifts, convenience store, deli and Gas station.
Implemented new Frequent Shopper program called Pharmacy Rewards in Hastings and Owatonna.

Opened Gift Shoppe in Worthington.
Opened first Dollar Store in Hastings. Opened the Smart-Fill Central Fill Pharmacy.
Started the Smart-Fill Process - an automated refill system available to all independent pharmacies.
Started the Smart-Fill Virtual Chain - a network of independent stores that provides members with technological solutions and purchasing power usually available only to large chains.
